You could have different categories.... Bronze Silver Gold for the different disciplines or contributions.
I don't think they should be given away willy nilly... maybe. There could be employers who follow good practise or have shown excellent treatment of staff... and are give the Bajr award. A life long commitment or recognition for archaeological contribution....its quite endless really... but I believe it should be an honour and an achievement to have one. Not because you have letters after your name or have good "archaeology speak".
