Perhaps that incudes all archaeologists and people who can prove that use of a kango or similar (myself included) has caused white finger.

I think you would have to prove

a White finger
b Who caused it
c Culpability

You won't be able to claim unless you have only ever used the offending piece of machinary while working for one unit. If you have used the same type of euipment that you think caused the vibration white finger while working for more than one company, then your claim is well and truly stuffed am afraid.

Same goes for the majority of work-related compensation claims.
