Nope-still very much on the boil.Proceedings have simply slowed due to my diggin away from civilisation again.Have taken advice from lots of my peers and am determined to test the "formal route" as suggested by many here.Patience my pretties.....

No further questions, No investigation or even a mention , of "has it ever happened before since 2004" or even whether the firm is managing to maintain the IFA RAO Standards (listed accidently on their paperwork)?

Interesting, as well, that according to the IFA Website they reapplied in 2005 as an RAO, but appear to have been refused.

Hmmmmm, well same old story then from the IFA.....or so it would appear from their website statement.....RAO being an important part of the IFA, a measure of the IFA quality ..... but, sadly, they (The IFA) do not appear to want to protect their own interest .... no policing of their own RAO logo and standards...... it would appear that they are all bluster and no teeth!..grrrr grrrr

A bit annoying, perhaps, for all those IFA RAO firms who have maintained and continue to maintain the high IFA RAO Standards and are able to use the RAO Logo as a measure of their own quality.

Question -
If companies put in their WSI's that they will carry out work to IFA RAO Standards.. what happens if they dont do this work correctly ?.....Can the IFA become involved even if they are not an IFA RAO?

Who actually will decide if the work meets the IFA Standard if a complaint is made?
