details in no uncertain terms that the law is the law ... and dodgy practice will not go by the way any more. self employed scam has now been exposed... there are no excuses for it now. the document has been sent to ALL units that advertise through BAJR and those that don't (well thats up to anyone who works for them)

For this to work and for BAJR and the IFA to act on poor practice, we have to be informed with backing information (such as contract details)
