In a sense this is my point. At present we appear to have the worst of all situations. A pay award of this amount cannot be implemented quickly and hence why the IFA started the process 12 months ago.
The IFA letter clearly states that the award is going to happen so I would have thought there ought to be IFA confirmation that it will happen by now.
As things stand I am quoting for work in after Apr 1st already and I expect others are too.
It is bad enough having pay awards imposed on you - worse still is not having the time to implement them.
