Well, if the copyright issues could be overcome (or ignored without fear of legal action), I would like to see the manual made as widely available as possible.
It rather begs the question of why the H&S manual of the Standing Conference of Archaeological Unit Managers does not seem to be widely available to the staff of archaeological units.
On the question of joining SCAUM - can you join it as an individual if you are not a manager of an archaeological unit? Do they have qualifying criteria?
