I dont think there is any real law that can be enforced here, but I assume BAJR would only carry your companies adverts at the grade that they paid at, and that they could also be reprimanded by the IFA if they are an RAO, get reported, and are found to be paying below, for example, G3 pay to someone who has a contract at G3. Perhaps you should speak to your Union... (or perhaps alternatively you could speak to your portaloo).
However, I do think the IFA/BAJR does have quite a lot of peer influence. At our Unit, we realised that with the pay updates this year that we were now below the minimums. This was a problem when we wanted to advertise on BAJR as we wanted the experienced G3 people, not necessarily G2. We spoke to our boss who promptly put the wages up to the minimum requirements (not much but every little helps). Have you spoken to youre powers that be. They might be reasonable. Then again they might find that they have 'run out' of projects.
