Taking Peter's 'third of the charge out rate' as a rule of thumb, I wonder:
a) Whether a third of the day rate is a fair equivalent for field units?
b) How many field units pay a third of their day rate to their staff?
i.e. are we being exploited by units, or do we sell ourselves too cheap as an industry - or both...
