Thats a good point there.. and sadly.. its one that starts with ... you have to have a year zero.
However.. I would suggest that people who feel they have 'skills' can have them accessed and then 'verified' So you could, within a very short time, have several skills recorded. This also brings up the need for registered trainers - who can sign off people.
it ain't easy... but .. as ever BAJR is willing to start somewhere....rather than discuss it.
I will stress that the best way for this to move is with the IFA - as the best people to assure that it is carried out properly.
