20 days plus Bank Holidays aleady a requirement for RAOs, since April this year. Good to see others will be made to follow, though sadly not fully until 2009 now as proposal for implementation watered down.
Bank Holiday remuneration is entirely a contractual matter, like every other pay and overtime issue (with the exception of the minimum wage criterion obviously).
