HAd contact from IfA who point out that the JIS does carry a disclaimer
I take that to mean that the adverts they collect from various sources are beyond their control - they just let people know what is on offer whether or not they meet criteria that they would allow ROs to do. I did expect that paid adverts would be more closely examined ... perhaps I am wrong.
