A couple of years ago I was working on a site and we were asked to work (after a full weeks work) on a Saturday to get the site finished. I asked about overtime rates and was told that would never happen. I refused to work the Saturday on those terms and most of the rest of the site backed me.
Guess what? The site was then considered fully completed on the Friday afternoon and we all packed up and left.
