Every time we explain the concept of fascina to people looking at the glass ones Mike makes, I like to point out that the modern concept of women wearing 'fascinators' in their hair descends from the original term. I'm hoping to make one someday that has little fascinum as pendants. I already have a lovely pair in glass as earrings.
