Best drop it. - not a demand - more of a request not to be cheeky
THe reason people come to BAJR to look for jobs is because they know that every job on BAJR comes with a seal of approval. and if I make a mistake then there is a comeback and if the company takes the p#ss then there is a comeback. If a company - for whatever reason - does not wish to advertise with BAJR, then that is its business, you just have to wonder why - after all, the only rules that count are the ones that protect the employee for the company. If they are unlikely to advertise, then that must be because they don't need to. So building up hopes for people unnecessarily? OR if they don't have enough people and need more, then why not advertise with BAJR? After all, they only have to agree to pay the minimum and treat staff fairly - surely that is not too much to ask of a company?
So straight up.
Company advertises with BAJR.... fine by me and those who apply. Company not advertise with BAJR... fine by me. but BAJR is not the place to suggest to people that they can then send in CVs to these companies that will not advertise.
Hope that makes it clear that any request to contact companies that do not advertise with BAJR is construed as an advert and not a very welcome one. Those companies who need staff will advertise with BAJR ---- the one to trust.
