just been shopping for a new drawing contract today, items purchased included a portable A3 drawing board, A4 light box, set of calipers for measuring, rotring nibs, scalpel blades, ink, magnifying glass, 6H rotring leads....and I've just made up some artefact and site photo scales from card and from from dowelling.
OK all that is a bit specialist for only illustrators/specialists and might not shift, but a small x4 handlens would be good to have on site?
What about A3 clipboards, the hardboard ones you can clip a 5m permatrace sheet on, with a white plastic coating. Levels and staffs are probably a bit to big, and YSS is cheap.
Can't see 6H pencils, normal wooden ones, or the rotring clutch pencils which I think only come with 4H leads now? or pencil sharpeners. Did you know the old metal pencil sharpeners were sometimes made from Magnesium alloy, if you heated them up they would start burning white once they got going!! Do not try this at home!!!!
Do you not sell hard hats, goggles, earplugs/defenders and hi vis? I can't find a stockist for the hiviz string vest I once saw sported by a rather large miner.....and before anyone says, I know your employer should provide PPE, but I guess David also sells to local societies/amateurs etc
