However... I feel that we may be dealing with some one with a serious problem. And as such, this person(s) should perhaps seek help.
I suspect this is not the last we will hear of him, but there are bigger problems in archaeology than this little outfit... and in general... it is a sad and rather depressing incident.
Lets Look to the future... any comments on the Pay and Conditions Document?? or the BAJR Conference?? Go on..... much more productive.. [:p]

Now Now gentleman.
Archaeology Cymru Consultancy does exist - the company is registered at companies house.
I am not sure who this Mike Cairns Baincroft PhD actually is either. His profile is not given on Archaeology Cymru web site but the secretary et al are mentioned.
Lets remember at one point David and myself were accussed of being the same person by some paranoid person on this site.
Lets move on as David suggests.

Far be it for me to agree or disagree with comments made by the gentlemen involved. What I do not agree with and find totally unproffesional is the constant finger pointing and accusatory language on both sides. We are proffesionals and strive to build a proffesion that prides itself on the work its members carryout on a dayly basis. Would we find such school yard ranting on the ICE site or other proffesional institution acceptable. Incidently my dad is bigger than your dad.
Grow up all involved and get on with it.
Close enough for a country job!
