just wondering if anyone else was having any problems with getatrowel.co.uk. i ordered a WHS before christmas and have seen no sign of it yet (having already paid for it) they don't respond to phopne calls or emails and not sure if its just me but i can't get on their web site today.
anybody else having problems?

Same story. Ordered before christmas no trowel and no response to emails or phone messages.
At least we have not lost a fortune!

There web site is down this afternoon. I have sent them an email asking them to post something.
OK there seems to be a problem lets give them a little of time to give us an explanation

Ah... had an email from another person... put up a thread... notice its not isolated.
Peter is right that we should just hang fire jsut now.. as there may be a reasson for this...

Was in the same situation, my order arrived safe and sound on Tuesday after just over a month. Can only assume they have had delays/backlog over Xmas and are sorting it.

Glad to hear that...
perhaps they can let people know whats going on via BAJR... but I am glad that they are still with us... even if the website is missing... (a nightmare for any web based business)

http://www.getatrowel.co.uk - all orders are being dispatched now and hopefully old email can still be downloaded (fingers crossed) - we will endeavour to reply to anyone who has been in touch ASAP.
