how rare... ? This is the sort of story you see in Private Eye funny old world. though I am sure the transvestite is not laughing... and the dog has a bemused look!

Ummm..... I am guessing by the police comment regarding 'other agencies' that the gentlemen in question may have psychiatric problems and has probably been referred to institutional care.... in which I think it's a little unkind of the Daily Telegraph to present him in the manner it does. Or is 'laugh at the loonies' back on the agenda now that we have something akin to an 18th century government in power:face-confused:

At least EH got some free publicity without having to spend money digging some pointless holes to 'evaluate the archaeological resource' in order to come up with some flashy results to remind the public/politicians they exist :face-stir:

The dog was the victim here....not the transvestite. Not remotely interested in the sexuality of the perpetrator or his mental stability-had my kids been treated to a viewing of this little demonstration on a day out.....the transvestite would have been the victim. On a more jovial note....it has been said before that EH have been guilty of carrying out similar acts of outrage upon the nations finite resource....:I

At least the 18th century habit of shoving the poor onto convict ships gave people the opportunity to build new lives for themselves beyond the reach of the Tory party.
