Kevin - it's just an error in the advert. My understanding is that salary for this post will be equivalent to ?14.2k pa, although secondments from other organisations are also possible.
The Workplace Learning Bursaries are being run by IFA, and they hope (according to their website)to be able to offer 8-10 placements per year. There is some information about this on the IFA website under training, although it does not seem to have been updated recently. I understand that this scheme will run for three years, but again watch the IFA website for definitive information.
In addition to this, we hope to be running the field training posts that fsjbrown mentions again this year, although that will depend (as ever) on there being suitable field projects to run these on.
Always happy to introduce people to the delights of sunny Pompey, although the successful candidate may have to endure a couple of weeks in the Scillies if they're appointed in time.
Cheers,
Weegie
