Arg - ma heid.... Its bad enough coping with the UK... Wink)

As kevin saw, I had condidered a Euro BAJR (just don't mention what the B stands for !)

It would perhaps be helpful if people in each country could take the BAJR Grade system (to be refined in April 2007) and relate it to what is a base rate for them... ie a Supervisor G4 in Spain is paid... Euro XXX while in france is paid Euro XXX but in Germany is Euro XXX

To gather the knowledge for the rules and regs of employment is a big job for jsut one person.. but is worth considering.... Any help / suggestions ?

ps... the Spanish job was one that I had last year as well.. they are loverly folk, and the person had a great time. A Euro Digger Guide is a great idea, so I would need to create a UK Digger Guide, and then ask folk in each country to translate/coorolate it....

On my to do list then!
